SELF INTERVIEW
Where did your creative spark begin?
I think the mood, senses, feelings, and all of emotional things draw me into the creativity. It is hard to define where my creativity came from because it actually doesn’t matter where it goes and comes to me. It’s more important how and why I can think of creative ideas.
What inspires your creativity?
My creativity has been always started from my experience, feeling, and current interest. All of thing I am interested in automatically turns to my inspiration. Also, by communicating with people through media, music, film, and so on, I get inspired by all of those interactions between me and people; finally, it gave me an idea of creative sources.
How have you developed your process/aesthetics over time?
The first time I got into fashion, I started to look up every fashion collection shows because I only knew some of famous brands, such as Chanel, Prada, and so on. And, I am initially and always inspired by Alexander McQueen. He was the first designer who gave me a dream of being fashion designer.
What do you creative with and why?
I try to create an fashion that is on between Ready-to-wear, which means practical and wearable fashion, and Avant-guard, which is much conceptual, artistic, and abstract. I want to make a balance between them.
What did you overcome to come here now?
I originally studied about fine art, but I was much longing to create something that has movement, touchable, and engaging system, which everyone can involve my works. So, I thought fashion would be great path that I can express my creativity and vision of the world. Then, I am working and sometimes struggling to achieve my goal.
How can people connect with you?
Even in my fashion works, there are a lot of fine art elements, so people would be easy to understand and connect with me and my message, story and purpose to create through my fashion art works.
